Requirements
In order to apply the bonuses, companies must meet a series of requirements:
1- The workers must belong to contribution groups 1 to 4 exclusively or with 85% of their working time dedicated to R&D (Research and Development) and iT (Technological Innovation) activities.
2- The type of contract may be an internship contract or a temporary contract for a specific project or service. In the latter case, the contract must have a minimum duration of three months.
3- With regard to exclusivity and the calculation of the total working time, up to 15% of the time dedicated to training, dissemination or similar tasks may be counted as exclusive dedication to R&D&I activities.
